Booking forms collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address, clinic and visit time. Professional visits also request company details. Clinic staff use these details to manage and contact you about your visit.
Chat assistant
This website does not save chat transcripts. Recent messages stay in the browser while the chat is open. If the doctor enables AI, questions, recent conversation and approved public reference material are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. Avoid sharing identifying or sensitive medical details. AI can make mistakes.
External services
The website includes Google Maps and Eka Care booking services, and links to WhatsApp, Google reviews and social platforms. These services process information under their own privacy policies. Opening Eka Care uses its separate booking system.
Cookies and staff access
Essential session and security cookies support forms and staff sign-in. Staff access is limited by account permissions.
